Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using McAforo's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
McAforo provides web development, business automation, UI/UX design, and managed IT services. The specific terms of each service engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Payment Terms
- All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due according to the terms in your service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by McAforo and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide our services.
Work Product
Ownership of work product created during a project will be specified in the service agreement. Generally, you own the final deliverables after full payment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, McAforo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
